Radio Talk Show: Tuning In, the Movie

David Thomas and Matthiew Klinck, the filmmakers of the "Tuning In" movie, are scheduled to be on a WPRT radio talk show Thursday, November 20. Wendy Kennedy and I will also be on the show. Wendy is one of the six channels in the movie.

Chief Joseph Podcast for October 2008: Spirit Speaks

As I'd promised in a couple earlier newsletters, we're starting monthly podcasts with Chief Joseph. I'm still learning the technology, but I have the basics down pretty well.

And so our first podcast, Spirit Speaks, is now available here.

These podcasts, for those unfamiliar with them, are short audio presentations with Chief Joseph on timely topics. When you go to the podcast page on our website, the podcast will start automatically.

We'll probably be doing only one podcast a month for now. Later we'll do them more often. They will be short, 5 to 10 minutes maximum, closer to 5 minutes most months.

On the podcast page, you can subscribe, by email or RSS feed, and be automatically notified when we publish new podcasts. Also, if you have a website or blog you can add our podcasts to those.

Chief Joseph is always saying if you can stay in joy most of the time, everything “wrong” with your life will “right” itself. For example, if you’re having problems with your spouse or lover, if you’re having financial or health problems, etc.

Of course, I always say the same thing to people when they come to me for advice. But a couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to practice what I preach.
